Afghan security officials should have close ties with the Pakistan intelligence agency Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and less interest in working with India, former ISI chief Gen. Hamid told TOLOnews Wednesday.
He said that the two nations security and intelligence bodies should work closely in order to unite the people of both Afghanistan and Pakistan.
